Just changed our pharmacy to Jhoots Oakengates branch, a couple of weeks ago and the service is exceptional, we get our prescriptions a lot quicker and a service with a smile.The delivery lady Karen is very pleasant too. Thank you to all the team.

Professional and approachable pharmacy glad I switched to Jhoots , nothing is ever too much trouble , made to feel so welcome when you walk through the door and it seems they know a lot of their customers on a first name basis , a special shout to both Jackies and Katie who continue to be smiley and friendly to every one who walks through the door , if they don’t have it , they’ll try to get it asap for you or help you ring round others if it’s urgent , haven’t come across another pharmacy who actually care the way they do .

Needed to collect perscription on a Saturday for my misses who suffers with bipolar, however they were not open during the opening times stated on the website.

Only used this pharmacy a couple of times since moving from Charlton, the difference is very noticeable. The staff at Jhoots just seem to want to help you as soon as you walk in. I was missing an item from prescription, turns out to be genuinely my fault yet they did everything they could to help, even letting me know that certain items may arrive earlier :) So thankyou once again from a very disorganised diabetic, just makes my life easier, greatly appreciated :) Also just read the other reviews, the owner of this business is very lucky with the quality of the staff they have

Wonderful staff can’t do enough for you . I changed to this chemist as they have been so good to my mother nothing is ever to much trouble and get your prescriptions ready no waiting around can’t praise them enough
