Shocking service, can say the same about the hair cut aswell! Talking amongst each other whilst cuts taking place. Can see lines in my skin fade!! Never finished the job with a blade at the end just hurried me up to get me out the chair… even though the shop weren’t busy at all. Took the money no thank you, good bye! Won’t be back

First time I visited it was 5 star for both haircut and shave. Unfortunately my second visit was 1 star, said I wanted it 0.5 and blended in on back and sides no skin fade, gave me a skin fade anyway, absolutely over top with the scraping of an unwashed shaver over the back of my head and neck that left me with a rash for over a week. For the shave, I asked to tidy up my beard shave neck and trim the ends, then proceeded to number 3 the whole thing. Shame but seems they have some good barbers there but others are horrendous, won't be visiting again. Services: Razor cut, Scissor cut, Shave, Beard trim

Been using these barbers for over a year now and not once have I been unsatisfied. Each barber is highly skilled and each time have done a great job on my hair! I travel an hour each way every fortnight because from personal experience I have not received as good service elsewhere. Definitely recommend this barbers!

I moved to Telford early this year and have been trying out a couple barbers to find the right one. These guys are by far the best, always offer a great cut for a great price. AVOID THIS PLACE. I went to the one opposite the premier convenience store. The middle aged chap wearing a blue overall coat cut my hair. He was rude from the start and rough whilst cutting my hair. Even after showing him pics of how i wanted my hair, he cut it way too short and has completely messed it up. His attitude was as bad as his hair cutting skills. Big mistake going to this place! Would give 0 stars if could as even 1 is generous! Service: Fade cut

Been here twice, first time the barber was very careful and listening to exactly how I wanted my hair and he did a great job. The second time there was another guy who said he understood how I wanted it and then proceeded to mess up my cut. I think he didn't understand English that well. He kept saying I know i know. In addition to that he was forcing my head side to side very harshly and harsh with the blade on my skin too. Very unpleasant experience

I took my son here. Been going for over a year however this time there were new barbers. He had long hair and wanted it cut to half length. I explained we didnt want the back blended and his long curls left floppy around sides and back. I even showed a picture/photo of the style. Front and sides were fine well then i noticed he took a chunk out the back. I asked him to stop, which he did. Sure enough they had cut a chunk out. Whilst I was asking why another new barber came over and tried to explain as his hair was curly it wasn't cut short. He spent the next 5 mins straightening my sons hair to prove the length was right and no chunk was missing. Low abs behold a chunk was missing. Before I had chance to say anything this new guy took a electric trimmer to the crown to try to "blend" the chunk in. When I begged for them to stop, he threw the comb down and started swearing at me to get the f out. Extremely aggressive he swore and became visibly angry. It was their mistake but I'm being sworn at. One of the other barbers spoke in their native language and he walked away. After explaining to another barber what we had wanted, the picture we had shown, he apologised. I will never return to these again as 1. They didn't do as instructed and 2. If they make a mistake I expect them to responsibility to be taken and not aggressively be sworn at and told to do one.

I always come here to get my haircut. I generally tend to come early on either Saturday or Sunday, however I have been after work around 5:30 before. Very modern inside and they provide a really good haircut. They also have face steam service. Whilst sitting you can charge your iPhone with the USB cables provided.
