I had a broken zip on a coat from 18years ago, not a very common size or colour, and they found a lovely complementary zip to replace. So happy for the repair and handiwork is amazing. Very polite, kind, and caring for both customer and garment, I'll be back for sure, recommend to all.

My dog chewed my husbands coat which I thought was unrepairable. Brought it to sewing affairs and they were able to fix it! Now it’s like new again. Thank you so much for the friendly service and the excellent work! Can’t recommend them enough :)

A friendly 'minature' sewing repair shop. I called in to get two pairs of trousers repaired and the lady running the shop was very honest about repairing one pair stating that because of the wear they were unlikely to last. The second pair was repaired for a basic very cheap cost and was repaired before I needed it the next week. A pleasant young man phoned home to let us know it would be ready. I would recommend Sewing Affairs for its honest, skillful , hardworking and friendly approach

Sue is an absolute sewing genius. She has transformed an oversized Ted Baker suit in to a modern slim fitted one which is stunning. I am so impressed, Sue is now working on another Ben Sherman suit to the same sizing.
