Well what can one say about the staff at PowerPoint Oakengates. Through no fault of my own, back in July I purchased a 60cm cooker for delivery at a later date. We had decided to change our kitchen worktops and have a new cooker. I was then informed by the kitchen fitter that I could not have a 60cm. So off to the shop I go, Natalie said no problem at all, she refunded the difference so I went back to a 50cm cooker. We were then let down by the kitchen fitter and had to find someone else to do the job. The new fitter explained if we changed the design of the kitchen I could have a 60cm cooker. So for the third time I went back and paid the extra to have the size I wanted in the first place. Once again the staff were so obliging and understanding. No way would you get this sort of service from a large company, if I could give them 10 stars I would. I have had many items from PowerPoint in the past and have always received good customer service. Finally tomorrow I will be taking delivery of my 60cm cooker. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service

Monday 9am: needed a replacement element for my oven. Very efficiently, an engineer was booked for Wednesday - 'call 9am to see whether am or pm visit'. Monday 3.30pm: the engineer (Marc) phoned and asked if he could come 'now'. Monday 3.54pm: fault confirmed, new element fitted and Marc on his way to his next call. Friendly, efficient, reasonably-priced (and Covid secure) service throughout. I strongly recommend Powerpoint Stores repair service.

Booked a cooker repair 10.30 this morning. Call dealt with efficiently and covid arrangements were discussed. They managed to fit the job in today and problem fixed by 4.30, for the price of the call out fee (on this occasion) Great service. The engineer was very polite, wore face covering and maintained social distancing where possible. Great service. Will use again and would recommend.

This is my first order with PowerPoint, used the Euronics website as they had better delivery slots than another company I’d used previously... plus the price was good! However the experience from PowerPoint has been second to none! Couldn’t have been more helpful and was great to speak to someone on the phone who was instantly able to identify who you are without reference numbers and the like when you call a generic call centre... really happy with my purchase, will definitely be using again... ‘Came for the price, will be back because of the service!!’

My cooker was delivered on sat, installed and old one taken away. I would just like to say thank you to Phil and Lee for the excellent service received, no problem with climbing the 49 steps up to my flat. I will definitely be recommending PowerPoint to family and friends.
